PERFORMANCE & VENUE SECURITY INFORMATION
- All patrons must have a ticket to enter the theatre and occupy their own seat.
Wheelchair seating is available upon request. Patrons with accommodation needs are encouraged to contact the Mobile Symphony Box Office in advance. - The use of cameras, recording equipment and/or mobile devices is not permitted during MSO performances and may be a violation of federal copyright laws.
- No babies in arms. Performances are recommended for ages 5+.
- All guests will be screened by walk-through magnetometers and may undergo additional wand screening prior to entering the theatre.
- To enhance security and expedite entry, the Saenger Theatre has implemented a clear bag/purse ONLY policy. For more information regarding the venue’s security policies and a full list of prohibited items, please CLICK HERE.
- There is no official dress code to attend the symphony. Most patrons dress in Sunday Best, but please be our guest in what makes you comfortable.
- All concerts start at their scheduled time. If you are late, you will be seated between breaks in the music.
- There is cash concession upstairs and downstairs but food and drinks are not allowed in the seated hall. Please silence all cell phones. No video or audio recording is allowed.
WHEN TO ARRIVE
Saturday night performances begin at 7:30 PM. Sunday matinees begin at 2:30 PM. Doors open one hour prior to performance start time. Latecomers will be seated in between movements at the discretion of staff.
TICKET RULES & REGULATIONS
All single ticket sales are final. There are no cash, check or credit card refunds for returned tickets, coupons or gift certificates. Tickets may be returned in the form of a donation to the Mobile Symphony. Exchanges are offered to MSO Season Ticket Holders only. Tickets must be exchanged 24 hours prior to the original ticket’s performance. Special rules and regulations apply to all exchanges. Please contact the MSO Box Office for more information.
PARKING
The Saenger Theatre is located at 6 S. Joachim Street, Mobile, AL 36602. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the theatre at 254 Government Street. Street parking is available in the surrounding area and is free on weekends. Visit the Plan Your Visit page of our website for additional information and parking maps.
STUDENT TICKETS
The Mobile Symphony offers special deals exclusively for students!
For any Saturday concert (except special events), student tickets can be purchased for only $10 each!
The Big Red Ticket (BRT) program offers FREE tickets to Sunday Classical performances for students in grades K-12.
We also offer the opportunity to attend for FREE if you volunteer as an usher for the concert that you wish to attend.

Who is eligible for student tickets?
College students with a valid Student ID.
K-12 students who are accompanied by a regular paying adult.
Big Red Ticket Program
The Mobile Symphony’s Big Red Ticket (BRT) Program offers FREE tickets to Sunday Classical performances for students in grades K-12. Students must be accompanied by a paying adult. Please limit two students to one adult. Big Red Ticket reservations must be made in person at the MSO Box Office (257 Dauphin Street) or by calling (251)432-2010.
Note: Children under 5 years of age are not permitted at Symphony performances.

If you are a music major and need to go to concerts for a class, the Mobile Symphony Orchestra is the right experience for you! Our season always covers a wide variety of classical music.
