WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

There is no official dress code to attend the symphony. Most patrons dress in Sunday Best, but please wear what makes you feel comfortable.

IS THE SAENGER THEATRE HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, it is handicapped accessible, but only for floor level seating as there is no elevator in the venue. Please be sure to discuss any special needs when calling the MSO Box office to reserve your seats.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE SAENGER THEATER?

The closest available parking lot is located adjacent to the Saenger Theater at 254 Government Street. Street parking is also available in surrounding areas and is free after 5:00 PM.

SOMETHING CAME UP, CAN I GET MY TICKETS REFUNDED?

There are no cash, check or credit card refunds for returned tickets, coupons or gift certificates. All single ticket sales are final. However, tickets may be returned in the form of a donation to the Mobile Symphony.

Exchanges are offered to season ticket holders only. Special rules and regulations apply to all exchanges. All tickets exchanged must be switched 24 hours prior to your original ticketed concert.

HOW LONG ARE THE CONCERTS?

Each concert program varies in length; however, each concert typically runs approximately two hours.

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR CHILDREN TO ATTEND?

Children over the age of 5 are welcome to attend all Mobile Symphony performances. Student tickets are available for $10 through the Mobile Symphony Box Office. (College students must have valid ID to receive discount.)

For children and families, our Sunday matinee concerts are a wonderful option. Children may also use the Big Red Ticket to attend Sunday classical performances for free with a paying adult.

Subscribe or renew your membership online or by calling the Mobile Symphony Orchestra Box Office at 251-432-2010 to speak to a representative about subscription packages.

HOW DO I BECOME A DONOR?

You can support the Mobile Symphony Orchestra by donating online or contact a member of the Development Department by calling the Mobile Symphony Orchestra at 251-432-2010.

HOW DO I BECOME A VOLUNTEER?

Volunteers are essential in maintaining the music and mission of the Mobile Symphony. Volunteering is open to anyone interested in supporting the Orchestra and providing exemplary customer service. If interested, please visit the Volunteer page on our website to complete the interest form.

HOW ARE TICKET PRICES DETERMINED?

The difference in price is based upon the seating section you choose to sit in. In general, the closer to the center of the auditorium or to an aisle a seat is considered premium seating.
