Volunteer

Volunteers are essential in maintaining the music and mission of the Mobile Symphony. Primarily, this group is responsible for ushering, ticket scanning and handing our programs at our concerts. Volunteers are Mobile Symphony ambassadors and play a large part in the success of performances and the overall concert experience for our patrons. It is open to anyone interested in supporting the Orchestra and providing exemplary customer service!

There are many other ways to support the Mobile Symphony Orchestra through volunteering your time, talents and enthusiasm! This includes community outreach activities (ArtWalk, Chamber of Commerce Business Expo, Mobile Arts Council Art Expo, etc.), education programs (Young People’s Concert and Mobile Symphony Youth Orchestra concerts), office assistance (annual fund campaign and season subscription mailings) – even decorating the Saenger Theatre stage for our annual holiday concert!
